When I finished high school in 1978, I thought I wanted to be a professional musician. Well, I realized pretty quickly that I didn't want to work that hard. I loved music, but I didn't want to work at it. So I found something that came more easily for me, and I've made my living as a computer programmer since 1982.
However, my interest in playing music has been rekindled, I've learned to play the guitar.
I don't play guitar much (just starting), but I do know music; I've found that tabs people post online or in newsgroups are very often not very good and sometimes just plain wrong. However, you can usually get through a song the way the person tabbed it. Mostly I'm putting these here so that I can get to them. This is good for practice; if you want to really play it right, buy licensed music at your local music store or online. I've found Sheet Music Plus to be a good source of music.
My equipment: A DeArmond M65C (Cherry Burst) and a Marshall G15RCD practice amp.

The formatting got messed up on some of these... I'll fix 'em when I have time.
